All orders from The Garden Light Shop are sent using a next day courier service, orders received before 3.00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Normally orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day, however if you require faster delivery please call us on 01842 816077 and we will do our best to accomodate your request. The Garden Light Shop uses the APC Overnight delivery network for it's next day courier service, one of the most reliable and secure overnight parcel delivery companies in the UK. Each local depot is independently run, to locate your local depot simply enter your postcode into the APC website here.

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £45.00 (inc VAT), orders under this amount are charged at £9.99 (inc VAT) per order.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of making a purchase with The Garden Light Shop, or seven days from receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order within this time, you will have your payment refunded. Please call us on 01842 816077 or email us at info@thegardenlightshop.co.uk if you need to make a return. Please note that the following conditions apply to the above:

The goods must not be made to the consumers specification or clearly modified.

Goods must be returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.

Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. The item(s) must be in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.

You pay the return delivery charges.

If goods are refused by The Garden Light Shop, because the above criteria is not met, we will return them to the customer and also charge the customers credit card for the value of the carriage. Please note that these regulations are applicable for private customers only.
